Shipping Costs (Australia Only)

Shipping Rates	Description
Free Shipping over $65	Applies to all orders over $65 unless the order includes a Heavy Item* Heavy Item= Sonett, Sodasan or Koala Eco items
Heavy Item Fee under 3kg - $15.00	Heavy Item* which weighs between 0.1kg to 2.99kg
Heavy Item Fee over 3kg - $22.00	Heavy Item* which weighs between 3kg and over
Standard Shipping - $9.95	If the order is less than $65 and under 2.99kg
Standard Shipping - $22.00	If the order is less than $65 and over 3kg
Express Shipping - $22.00	Express shipping for orders under $100

*Heavy items includes any item that is either Sonett, Sodasan or Koala Eco

Pickup is free and available from our warehouse at 24 Constitution Road, Ryde NSW 2112 by appointment. You will receive a message once your order is ready to be picked up and then please let us what time you'd like to come. 

Actual pickup time will need to be confirmed before you arrived as we're a small team and want to make sure someone will be there when you arrive. Thank you for your cooperation. 

Standard Shipping Policy

We do our best to dispatch orders that we received by 12 noon Monday to Friday the same day. However sometimes this is not possible and then your order will be dispatched within 24-36 hours. 

You will receive an email confirmation immediately of your order being accepted along with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled. 

Australia Post cut off time for sending orders is 4pm Monday to Friday so any orders received after 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following week. 

We fulfilled orders on business days only and any weekend orders will be shipped as soon as possible on either Monday or Tuesday. 

We ship with Australia Post and Sendle Couriers. 

How long does it take to get to me?

Australian customers will typically receive their delivery within 2-3 working days. Please allow extra time for deliveries during peak seasons or increase demand. 

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, we offer full tracking. You will receive your tracking information via email or text once your order has been fulfilled. If you do not, please email us at admin@naturalmum.com.au to receive your tracking link.
