I’m so excited to share that I will be co-hosting a Day Retreat in Sydney on 28th March 2026, and I would absolutely love for you to join us.
When I started Natural Mum over five years ago, I felt called to step into work that was more aligned with who I truly am — something meaningful and heart-led. The reality of juggling multiple businesses and family life has meant it hasn’t always grown in the way I’d imagined.
Over the past few years, Johnny (my husband) and I have been intentionally creating more space for work that brings us joy and meaning. For me, this retreat is one of the first real steps toward a bigger dream — offering more retreats and creating spaces where women can reconnect, reset and feel deeply supported.
This day feels like a natural extension of everything Natural Mum stands for.

About the Day
I’m honoured to be hosting this retreat alongside Sahar.
Sahar will be guiding the yoga and meditation sessions. With her background in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Reiki and Ayurveda — along with her lived understanding of modern stress and nervous system overload — she brings a calm, grounded and practical approach to restoring balance.
I’ll be holding our Self-Care Session 💛
For me, self-care isn’t just skincare or a day off (although I love that too). It’s about:
• Supporting your nervous system
• Creating healthy boundaries
• Nourishing your body
• Shifting mindset
• Healing old patterns
• Giving yourself permission to choose differently
